fantastic stay with excellent amenities!

I found the staff very helpful , specifically with directions. the hotel is within walking distance to train stations and a large shopping center, ariake gardens. there are many amenities available , like facial and bath products , in the lobby. i loved the shuttle service to haneda airport . It made traveling so much easier.
the air conditioning wasn't working when i arrived , and i learned it was because it was supposedly "winter" , though the room was quite warm.

the hotel features a 7/11 convenience store across the street. a lawson store is located on the first floor , so snacks and necessities are always within easy reach. there is a limousine bus service available directly to haneda airport.

the room was a good size with adequate space for a couple and their luggage. there was sufficient space to move around comfortably. i found a wide selection of amenities in the room. bath products were a great touch.

the breakfast buffet had a huge selection of food available , so i definitely found something delicious to start my day. the japanese breakfast options were typical and very satisfying. there was a little bit for everyone.

the automated machine check-in was easy and felt quite personal. i found so many varieties of free toiletries, a generous touch. the airport limousine bus service provided very helpful transportation to and from the airport.
the air conditioning seemed centrally controlled and difficult to adjust which was slightly inconvenient.

the airport limousine service was handy (i did appreciate that).
i found the self-check-in process impersonal. the room was too small, especially with luggage. there was an odd smell, like they gave me a smoking room after i requested non-smoking (seriously?).

The location had easy access to public transport. That was acceptable.
the staff wasn't helpful, and i found that frustrating. the girl at check-in didn't copy our passports correctly and blamed us for the problem.
